Questions & Answers
How do I get in touch with you AFTER the sale?
This is a great question. While we try to cover as much as we can in this section but sometimes you just have to get some additional help. We do have our phone number posted on site but there are times when we are very busy, closed, or just not around the phone. That is why we have the "Air Mail" contact form. And guess what, it works. We try to keep some of our staff connected to the "Air Mail" contact system throughout the day, and on Saturday too. We are closed Sunday, but will you will have a prompt reply on Monday.
What material is your Feather flag made of?
Our Solid color, striped, and gilded Feather flags are made from high quality Gem Bright™ nylon. This nylon has the brightest colors, and is color fast making it ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Our Feather flag are hand cut and sewn at our facility in the USA.

How does the Feather flags attach to the Wonder Pole®?
Every Feather flag is constructed with an open end pole sleeve for fast and easy slip over fit. Just slip the Feather flag onto the pole and fasten using the FlagMate™ supplied with every Feather flag and Wonder Pole set. The FlagMate™ has slit allowing you to open and spread the tube to the desired size. The Velcro on the FlagMate™ adheres to the corresponding piece of Velcro sewn into the hem of our Feather flags. Making sure the vinyl cap is on the end of the top mast of the Wonder Pole slip the flag over and onto the pole pulling it down snug. The FlagMate™ will hold the Feather flag, and allow it to rotate in the wind.

Yes, we are the largest specialty flag & pole Manufacturer / Designer in the United States. We design & manufacture the items we sell. They are made exclusively in the USA, and all of our products meet our high standards of quality & performance. This is an important point to consider when buying your flag and flagpole products. As the manufacturer we are committed to improving the products we sell, and because we make them you do not have to rely on multiple suppliers who may stop or delay products, and or impose high prices because they in fact depend on other parties. In addition we are flag makers. We know how to make flags and flag accessories, and have been doing it for years. In fact, we are the oldest full flag line flag company on the web. We know flags and flagpoles.
Are the seams sewn on the Feather Flag?
Yes, every seam on our solid color, gilded, and striped Feather flags are sewn with lock stitching and have a 2-needle hand sewn hem extending the life of the flag. We use the entire cut to make the pole sleeve. We do use scrap pieces to make a hem like some of the competition.
What is the size of the Feather flag?
The Feather comes in two sizes, 2x6' and 3' X 12'. We design and cut to a true feather shape style that is gracefully shaped to be aesthetically pleasing, flutter at the slightest breeze, and present a full display of color when mounted on the Wonder Pole®.

Can I use my own pole with the flag?
Yes you can, but we don't recommend this because of several reasons. Many poles are not designed to prevent rip through at the top of the flag. Metal poles are highly conductive, and present electrical safety problems. Other poles or tubing may not be strong enough to carry the flag in windy conditions. Be sure your pole is the right diameter to fit the Feather flag on properly. The Wonder Pole® has many valuable features which make it an ideal investment for display of your flags. It is non conductive, strong, lightweight, has a tip covering for flag protection, and is extremely strong withstanding very high winds. You can use the Wonder Pole® to fly other flags & banners.

Can I install my Wonder Pole® and banners?
Yes, the Wonder Pole® is easy to install and comes with instructions. Both the 2x6' and 3x12' sets can be installed using the 30" hardwood stake supplied with every set. The 3x12' set comes with a taller pole and additional 24" ground sleeve for permanent mounting. We try to think of everything you will need.

Can I customize my Feather flag?
You cannot customize or print on our Feather flags. The method for customizing or making a custom flag is done by starting with a prepared for printing material. Most of this is done by a digital process and cannot be performed on a finished flag.
Custom is very expensive, will not last as long (Ever notice how so many are faded out or very sheer looking), and there are setup cost and artwork charges. Not to mention that custom flag production can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete once the design is selected. It is not uncommon for a custom Feather flag to cost up to $150.00 (Without the pole, stake or stand). Many re-sellers may not include a strong high quality pole like the Wonder Pole®. Often times a lower quality pole is used to keep the cost down for the complete set.
So, we recommend custom only if your budget, time frame, and application or use justify the above time & expense. If you are trying to get attention or dressing up your area, than consider solid color combinations, striped, or our special Gilded Feather flags. Remember a flag should not be a sign, and a sign should not be a flag.
