We price our products based on the the quality that goes into making them, the reinvestment to make continued improves, and the obligation to support them and you our customer. Don't be fooled by slogans "Buy direct and save" In most cases you will have to choose between; quality, price, and or service. You can get two, but you will not get all three. Not at so called bargain rates, fire sales.

Service:
We want to service what we sell and who we sell it to. Our business model is to sell well made products at a fair price, and be able to service you the customer. As a customer you will need service in areas like, getting a copy of an invoice, locating the shipment, returning an item, getting information on the product, and some I have not thought of, but you will. So we have a phone number and a "Air Mail" form system to get that job done. When you call you may or may not get someone who can resolve your problem the first time. This may be due to level of knowledge or area of expertise with whom you are communicating. But you will be contacted by the person who can handle the issue. In most cases we can make it on the first or second try. But we will keep trying. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. We have terms & conditions, guarantees, and we also have a heart. That means we will consider your request and treat you like we would want to be treated. We ask you to have a heart, and do the same.
